I picked up this new prop the other day, and I love it… despite its ugliness (I DO mean the chair, not the model – she’s beautiful!). This is my friend’s daugther, Miss “O” and we were just playing around with the ugly chair. Miss O is a great model, as you can see!
This was the first session from Sunday’s double-header at Phillippe Park, or triple-header if you count the “Ugly Chair” fun session (details to come). The H family was a blast – really laid back and fun to photograph. Little “N” is ten and a half months old, and just about walking. He’s so close! Worked out nicely for me, since he’s not QUITE there yet, he couldn’t run away from me!

Big sister is almost 4, and little brother is only 8 weeks old. They were both so cute and well-behaved… um, maybe they could hang out with MY kid so some of that could rub off on him?

Finally! The long awaited and much anticipated arrival of Leeza Grace Serra has taken place! My fabulous friend Susan and her wonderful hubby Joe have finally brought their daughter “forever home”. Leeza was born in Kazakhstan, where she spent the first year of her life. However, she is now officially a Florida baby! Joe, Susan, and big brother Sean made the loo-oo-oong trip to Kazakhstan and spent 11 weeks there adopting Leeza.
Just as the Serras are lucky to have Leeza, Leeza is lucky to have such wonderful parents, and also two great brothers and a great sister.
And on a side note, Leeza is less than 6 months younger than my little guy, so I see lots of fun playdates in our future.
